Short Term – EQC, Companies, Professionals:

$180 per night

Nightly rate includes all services including power (up to $100 per week), Unlimited WIFI and Smart TV

Medium to Longer Term – Professionals

( April for 6 – 9 months) $1150 per week including unlimited internet and power up to $100 per week, some wood also provided Cleaning and linen service available upon request.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Departure clean – Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose.

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $200. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners but please supply your own sheet sets and towels.

Power – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 2 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

Suitable for up to 4 tenants.

No pets or smokers.
