CHCH Rentals was created as a result of the 2011 Canterbury Earthquake. With their past Real Estate experience, our owners soon realised there was a need for fully furnished, high quality rental accommodation throughout the city.

Constant demand led to strong growth including over 4000 EQC accommodation bookings and now with the rebuild of our city many Companies have used CHCH Rentals homes to accommodate their staff. Private clients have also enjoyed these homes while staying either short or long term for both business and pleasure.
