CHCH Rentals is owned by Sonja and Rod Gray, both local Cantabrians. CHCH Rentals was created after the Christchurch earthquakes when there was an immediate need for homeowners to leave their damaged homes and move into a fully furnished rental property while their repairs were completed.

Rod and Sonja both come from real estate and business backgrounds and have created a successful business with a great supportive team of professionals.

Constant demand led to strong growth of CHCH Rentals including over 4000 earthquake accommodation bookings and now with the rebuild of our city, many companies are using CHCH Rentals homes to accommodate their staff.

Private clients also enjoy these homes while staying either short or long term for both business and pleasure with the convenience of everything being included. Minimum rental 4-weeks.
