Worker Accommodation (Prices based on 6 staff) One bedroom house at front with living area ,heat pump and worker kitchen 4 fridges, 2 ovens and 2 hobs with twin room with heat pump and large en-suite . Rear house connected from back door by a private deck for each room (3) Twin beds and a heat pump and En-suite in each room. One room is currently a Queen bed but can be a twin upon request if need 8 staff housed.

$950 weekly furnished long term 12 month plus including Power(up to $100 per week), Gas(1x 45Kg bottle per calendar month) & Unlimited Wifi

Short Term – EQC & Companies:

$200 per night Nightly rate includes all services including power(up to $100 per week), Gas (1 x 45Kg bottle per calendar month) & Unlimited WIFI

Medium to Longer Term – Professionals & Companies etc:

3 month plus $1200 incl all utilities as above

6 month plus $1100 incl all utilities as above.

Cleaning and linen service available upon request.

Extra staff(can sleep 8 in four twin rooms) $100 per extra staff member per week.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Departure clean – Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose.

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $200. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners but please supply your own sheet sets and towels.

Power/Gas – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs and similarly if you use more than 1 x 45Kg gas bottle per calendar month.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 2 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

Pets negotiable, no smokers.

Suitable for up to 8 tenants.
