Short Term: EQC, Companies, Professionals:
$180 per night
Nightly rate includes all services including power (up to $100 per week), Unlimited WIFI and Netflix

Medium to Longer Term – Professionals & Companies etc:
6 month plus $1000 incl all utilities as above
12 month plus $950 incl all utilities as above
Cleaning and linen service available upon request.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Departure clean – Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose. 

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $100 per stay. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners but please supply your own sheet sets and towels.

Power – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 2 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

This is a CHCH RENTALS property – We manage houses around CHCH for families who require temporary accommodation during EQC repairs and Worker Accommodation or longer term for families/professionals.
