FULLY FURNISHED – Executive beautifully presented family home in a prime quiet Lincoln Subdivision. Large flowing livings, 4 bedrooms (or 3 queen bedrooms plus study) and two bathrooms with double internal access garage. Ideal for busy professionals – all set up ready to move in! Home available for approximate 6 months – please enquire.

Short Term – $180 per day: Up to 3 months

Daily rate includes all services including power (up to $100 per week), Unlimited WIFI and Smart TV

Medium Term: 3 months plus $1100 incl all utilities as above

Cleaning and linen service available upon request.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Departure clean – Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose.

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $200 per stay. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own.

Power – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 4 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

Suitable for up to 5 tenants.
