ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Departure clean – Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose.

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $300. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors and duvets.

Power/Gas – Power is capped at a maximum of $280 per month, gas at 1 x 45kg gas bottle per month. If you exceed this amount, you will be invoiced for additional power or gas charges.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 4 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.
