Short Term (Min. 1-3 months):
$180 per day
Daily rate includes all services including capped power and gas, Unlimited WIFI

Medium to Longer Term (3-12 months):
3 months plus $1100 incl all utilities as above
6 months plus $1050 incl all utilities
12 months plus $1000 incl all utilities
Cleaning and linen service available upon request.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Departure clean – Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose.

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $300. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners but please supply your own sheet sets and towels.

Power/Gas – Power is capped at a maximum of $280 per month, gas at 1 x 45kg gas bottle per month. If you exceed this amount, you will be invoiced for additional power or gas charges.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 4 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

With pets: (as negotiated)
4 weeks bond, 1 weeks pet bond, 1 weeks rent with ONE pet to secure the booking
4 weeks bond, 2 weeks pet bond, 1 weeks rent with TWO pets to secure the booking
Bonds are refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found – Tenants are responsible for pet-related damage beyond fair wear and tear.
