The stylish design incorporates a spacious mezzanine bedroom with well equipped kitchen that offers an induction 2 burner cooktop, a microwave & Air Fryer (no oven) & cleverly designed bathroom.

Short Term (Min. 1-3 months):
$160 per day including all services

Medium to Longer Term (3-12 months):

Maximum 6 months at a time extensions may be available
$750 per week incl. all utilities as below

Cleaning and linen service available upon request.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Full Departure clean – Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose.

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $250. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own.

Power/Gas – Power is capped at a maximum of $280 per month, gas at 1 x 45kg gas bottle per month. If you exceed this amount, you will be invoiced for additional power or gas charges.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 4 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

Bonds/Pet Policy/Payment to Secure Booking:

With pets: (as negotiated)

• 4 weeks bond, 1 week’s pet bond, 1 weeks rent with ONE pet to secure the booking
• 4 weeks bond, 2 weeks pet bond, 1 weeks rent with TWO pets to secure the booking
• Tenants are responsible for pet-related damage beyond fair wear and tear

Suitable for up to 2 tenants.

Pets by consent, no smokers.
