Nestled in native trees on a lower crest of Cashmere Hill only minutes walk to a myriad of walking and biking tracks and just a short drive to local stylish eateries, this unique home offers a busy professional seclusion and privacy. The stylish design incorporates a spacious mezzanine bedroom with well equipped kitchen that offers an induction 2 burner cooktop, a microwave & Air Fryer (no oven) & cleverly designed bathroom.

Short Term – EQC, Companies, Professionals:

$160 per night including all services

Nightly rate includes all services including power (up to $100 per week), Unlimited WIFI & Smart TV

Medium to Longer Term – Professionals & Companies etc:

6 months Approximately $700 per week incl all utilities as above

Cleaning and linen service available upon request.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Full Departure clean – Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose.

Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $150. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners but please supply your own sheet sets and towels.

Power – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs.

Bond – We charge a property bond of 4 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

Suitable for up to 2 tenants.

No pets or smokers.

This is a CHCH RENTALS property – We manage houses around CHCH for families who require temporary accommodation during EQC repairs and for those needing medium – longer term for families/professionals.
