CHCH Rentals is owned by Sonja and Rod Gray, both local Cantabrians. CHCH Rentals was created after the Christchurch earthquakes when there was an immediate need for homeowners to leave their damaged homes and move into a fully furnished rental property while their repairs were completed.
Rod and Sonja both come from real estate and business backgrounds and have created a successful business with a great supportive team of professionals.
We have created a successful formula including excellent systems, innovative technology and a fantastic team to ensure both our owners and guests are at the forefront of everything we do. We operate in a very fluid market and now manage over 140 furnished properties throughout the city and are still growing. We have an excellent name in the marketplace with many referrals, and past clients returning due to our unique market in an increasingly growing rebuilt city.
