Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $250 per stay. Power – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100/week you will be invoiced

Bond/Payment to Secure Booking: 4 weeks bond is required to secure the booking along with 1 weeks rent and any additional linen hire and cleaning fees requested.
