RATE INCLUDES: Rent, power ($120 per week), phone (local calling), wireless internet, SkyTV (some equipped with movies & all with Sky sports), bedding (pillows, duvets), fully equipped kitchen.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Departure clean - There is a compulsory charge of $100 per booking for the departure clean. Linen - Linen packs are available for hire $80. Packs include bed linen (sheets & pillow cases), bath towels, hand towels & tea towels. Otherwise you will be required to bring your own. Power - If the power bill during your stay exceeds $120 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs. Bond - We charge a property bond of $250 which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found. |
